Hazel Anderson works for the Scottish Government in the National Archives of Scotland. She heads the Online Resources team, responsible for the archives' websites and for internet delivery of digital images of its record collections. Her initial qualification was a degree in modern languages (Russian and German) from Oxford University.

In addition to her professional career she is a member of Edinburgh and Lothians Racial Equality Council (ELREC) and a past president of YWCA Scotland.

She has had a lifelong involvement in dance: at Oxford she was president of the University Ballet Club and both choreographed and performed in a number of its productions. She has visited India on several occasions and over the past ten years has developed her interest in various classical Indian dance forms, in which she attends regular classes.

Kevin Harrison has been Arts and Wellbeing Manager with Sense Scotland since 2006, supporting participation in the arts for disabled people. Kevin manages the development of a range of arts projects including Threads and Found in Translation, projects exploring cultural diversity and Leaving New Craigs, a life history project for people leaving the last long stay hospital in Scotland. He manages the national arts and wellbeing team including a video production officer, eight arts, music, and drama tutors and a storyteller, a range of freelance workers and volunteers and an outdoor activities coordinator, promotes their work internally and externally and develops exhibition and performance opportunities.

Previous posts include freelance editor Shape London, developing accessible educational materials for Wandsworth Museum and Business Manager, Creative Academy, Slough Borough Council. He also has experience of managing Music 4 Slough, a Youth Music Action Zone.

Kevin has a BA in drama and theatre studies and film and television studies and is working towards an MA in Arts Policy and Management. He started working in the arts as a access worker for a visually impaired artist and arts officer. Kevin is interested in all things arts and equalities related.

Dr Kranti Hiremath

Dr Roopa Rangaswami is a business analyst currently working in Credit Risk Management at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Her background is in computer science with emphasis on software design. In her current work with Royal Bank fo Scotland, Roopa is involved in reviewing, developing and implementing credit processes and stretegies, and evaluating the operation of automated credit systems. Roopa holds a PhD in computer science and also an MBA, both from the University of Edinburgh.

Rodney Stares trained as an economist and has over 30 years experience as a freelance economic consultant including 8 years creating and building an economic development consultancy employing some 30 staff at 3 UK offices, as well as in Brussels and Washington DC.

He is a trustee of the Millenium Awards Trust and UnLtd. in London and on the boards or management committees of several Scottish based charities. These include the Social Entrepreneurs Network Scotland (Senscot) and the Salisbury Centre. His involvements in arts organisations include chairing The Elements World Theatre for over 15 years as well as being a founder member and director of Dance Ihayami.
